3. GUARDIAN OBLIGATIONS

By creating a guardian account, you agree to the following obligations:

4. GUARDIAN ACCOUNT CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTION

4.1 Connection Process

Guardian accounts are connected using a unique Connect Code provided by the Lull user. The user is notified immediately when a guardian account is connected. Connection constitutes the user's consent to guardian dashboard access.

4.2 Disconnection by User

Users 18 and older may disconnect a guardian account at any time through account settings without notice to the guardian. Users under 13 may not disconnect guardian accounts established through the parental consent process. Users ages 13-17 may request disconnection through privacy@lulljournal.app.

4.3 Disconnection by Guardian

Guardians may close their guardian account at any time through guardian account settings. Disconnection does not affect the associated user's account or journal data.

8. CONTACT

For questions about guardian access, contact hello@lulljournal.app.

These Guardian Terms govern the access and use of the Lull guardian dashboard by parents, legal guardians, and other authorized adults connected to a Lull user account. By creating a guardian account or accessing the guardian dashboard, you agree to these terms.
GUARDIANS HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES: Journal entry text or content of any kind, AI response content, Audio capture summaries or transcripts, Specific words, phrases, or statements made in any journal entry, Log It capture content, Question of the Day responses, or any other user-generated content within the journaling application. This restriction is absolute and cannot be overridden by any request, legal instrument, or circumstance except as required by valid legal process.
The most effective use of the guardian dashboard is to watch from a distance and trust the process. The more the user trusts that their journal is private, the more honestly they will use it, and the more they will grow. Direct intervention based on dashboard signals should be approached with care, warmth, and without reference to specific observations.
IMPORTANT LIMITATION: The guardian dashboard is an automated signal system with inherent limitations. It does not provide real-time monitoring, comprehensive visibility into user wellbeing, clinical assessment, or crisis intervention. The Company expressly disclaims any representation that the guardian dashboard will detect all instances of distress, harm, or concerning behavior. Guardians should not rely on the absence of safety notifications as confirmation that the user is safe or well.
